Every FigWall is made to order in New Zealand and usually leaves our studio within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Shipping rates

Duties and import taxes

• United States: duties are prepaid and included in the price. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.
• Everywhere else: your country may charge import VAT/GST or duties when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs and are paid to the courier.

Returns

Not happy? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and send it back unused in its original packaging for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty

If something arrives broken or an LED doesn't work, email a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement part or a new unit, free of charge.
